  1. Perishable Items:

    • Items like fresh fruits, vegetables, dairy, and meat can only be returned if they are damaged, defective, or spoiled upon delivery.
    • Requests must be raised within 2 hours of receiving the product.
  2. Non-Perishable Items:

    • Items such as packaged goods or household essentials can be returned if they are damaged, defective, or past their expiry date upon delivery.
    • Requests must be raised within 2 hours of receiving the product.
  3. Unopened Items:

    • There is no return policy.

Conditions for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following circumstances:

  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • The item delivered does not match the description provided at the time of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable:

  • Items marked as final sale or non-returnable during purchase.
  • Opened or partially used perishable goods.
  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery.

How to Request a Return or Refund

  2. Provide the following details:
    • Order ID
    • Item name
    • Reason for return or refund
    • Supporting photos (if applicable).

Return Process

  1. Upon approval, our delivery executive will collect the item from your location, or you may need to drop it off at a specified location.
  2. Ensure the item is securely packed for return.

Refund Process

  1. Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed.
  2. Refunds will be made to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, the refund will be transferred to your bank account or issued as store credit.

Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please initiate a return and place a new order.
